摘要

溃疡性结肠炎（UC）是消化系统难治性疾病，诊断复杂、治疗困难。虽然5-氨基水杨酸类、糖皮质激素、免疫调节剂和生物制剂等为UC治疗提供了行之有效的手段，但仍有大量患者病情得不到有效控制。中医药防治UC具有特色。笔者传承国医大师路志正先生的学术经验，结合临床实践，认为UC的病机为“虚、滞、瘀、郁”，治疗当以脑肠同调、温肾健脾调枢、调气导滞、凉血止血为法。
