摘要

溃疡性结肠炎属于消化系统的疑难病种，大多数患者呈现复发和缓解反复交替的情况，病情的反复发作带来一定的癌变风险，减少溃疡性结肠炎的发作、延长缓解期对该病的预后有重要意义。本文从不健康饮食和饮酒、肥胖和缺乏运动、睡眠障碍及不良情绪四个方面，对UC复发原因进行梳理，并分析以上不良因素导致复发的机制，同时根据中医理论提出相应的中医防治策略，运用中医思想为预防UC复发提供新思路。
