摘要

类脂质渐进性坏死是一种慢性难治性肉芽肿性疾病。白彦萍教授认为“络虚受寒、瘀阻皮络”是本病的关键中医病机，主张以温肾益络、散寒逐瘀通络法治疗，注重“枝-藤-虫”类药物的联用，临床常用自拟虫藤通络饮加减治疗，疗效显著。
