摘要

中医脾胃学说、肠道菌群学说与男科疾病三者密切相关，且相互作用机制复杂。肠道菌群与中医脾胃的生理功能高度契合，肠道菌群失调与脾胃失和的病理表现相似。肠道菌群紊乱可以影响诸多男科疾病的发生发展，而中医脾胃在生理病理上与肠道菌群有着一致性，健脾类中药能够有效改善肠道菌群失衡状态，从而干预男科疾病的发展进程。肠道菌群或可成为中医从脾胃论治男科疾病新的切入点。
