摘要

人体是一个以五脏为中心的有机整体，五脏藏精故能舍神，脾胃在五脏藏精舍神过程中起关键枢纽作用。围绝经期女性存在五脏精气虚损、平衡失调的变化特点，治疗上从调治脾胃出发，以其“中和之徳”平衡协调五脏，在围绝经期情志疾病的治疗上起提纲挈领的作用。在重视调理脾胃、用药顾护脾胃的基础上，通过调畅枢轴气机、补后天以资先天、清降脾胃阴火，抓住患者阴阳偏盛偏衰最为严重的脏腑进行辨证论治，从而调和五脏，方可发挥较好的临床效果。
