摘要

“冷链假说”关注了食物冷藏后微生物结构的改变与克罗恩病（CD）发病之间的关系，炎症性肠病（IBD）患者接诊率自20世纪80年代开始逐渐增加，近20年我国IBD发病率呈增长趋势，与冰箱的普及率具有相同趋势，冰箱的普及使饮食结构发生了一定的变化。从西医学来看，“易感人群-食物冷藏-微生物结构改变-生冷饮食”的多环节病机可能在疾病病程中具有重要意义；从中医理论来看，生冷伤阳，脾肾阳虚是重要的发病基础，固护阳气、温肾健脾是重要治法。
