摘要

基于“火蕴浊郁内亏”病机观，认为火热蕴伏是复发性口腔溃疡的致病关键，浊郁不透是反复发作的重要条件，内里亏虚是发生发展的重要因素，可采用“清热透散补虚”的治法，根据火之虚实、浊之种类、虚之层次，平衡“清热”“透散”“补虚”之间的关系，具有临床指导意义。
