摘要

部分肺结节是肺癌的初期表现或癌前病变，对其进行早期干预是预防肺癌发生的有效手段。结合肺结节的临床表现及手术病理变化发现，肺结节与中医学疮疡的病理性质、病因及病理产物、病机演变有着较多共通之处。因此可从疮疡角度出发，在首辨良恶，次辨病势，终辨虚实的基础上，以消、透、补作为主要治法进行论治。消法包含清热解毒、理气化痰、活血逐瘀，适用于病势较盛的肺结节；透法涵盖了清透热毒和透托散结两层含义，适用于逐渐稳定或病位较深的肺结节；补法指调补阴阳、益气养血，适用于正气亏虚的肺结节患者。
