摘要

目的,2,分析儿童功能性便秘的临床特点及中医证型分布特点。,方法,2,选取2020年10月1日—2021年10月31日于北京市顺义区妇幼保健院中医科就诊的功能性便秘患儿，对其家长进行现场问卷调查，记录患儿的一般资料、排便情况及中医四诊，对数据进行总结、分析。,结果,2,最终纳入功能性便秘患儿155例，34.8%便秘与添加辅食相关；45.8%患儿大便1～2天一行，仅27.1%每周≤2次，71.0%有排便痛，155例均有排便困难史，98.1%患儿大便粗硬；中医证型由多到少依次为：脾虚肠燥证105例（67.7%）、乳食积滞证28例（18.1%）、燥热内结证13例（8.4%）、气机阻滞证7例（4.5%）、气虚不运证1例（0.6%）、血虚肠燥证1例（0.6%）；脾虚肠燥证的病程与气机阻滞证比较差异有统计学意义（,P,<,0.05），各证型在大便次数、排便痛或排便困难程度、大便性状方面比较差异无统计学意义（,P,>,0.05）。,结论,2,添加辅食是儿童功能性便秘的主要诱因，大便次数不是诊断功能性便秘的主要依据，大便粗硬、排便困难史或排便痛在临床更为常见，脾虚肠燥证是便秘的主要证型，中医证型与排便情况无关，与病程有一定关系。
