摘要

目前医院对中药饮片验收人员岗位评价缺少统一的标准，为保障中药饮片质量可靠，严把中药饮片进入医院的第一道关口，北京中医药学会人才培养工作委员会组织行业内专家总结多年中药饮片验收经验，讨论并提出中药饮片验收人员岗位评价标准。该评价标准包括岗位工作人员从业资质评价、实践技能评价、中药鉴别能力评价、知识技能评价四方面内容。对于提高中药饮片验收人员专业能力及岗位胜任力、提高中药饮片质量，保证临床中药饮片治疗效果及安全具有重要意义。
