摘要

肉芽肿性乳腺炎常以乳房疼痛、肿块为首发表现，继则发展成脓肿，并可破溃形成瘘管或窦道。其病程迁延反复，临床表现复杂，严重影响患者身心健康。目前尚缺乏统一的中西医诊疗共识，北京中医药学会外科专业委员会乳腺病学组基于临床需求，遵循证据分级原则，组织专家多轮论证，最终形成本共识。本共识聚焦于该病的病因与诊断、辅助检查、中医辨证分型及论治、随访方案等关键环节，提出具体推荐意见。

Abstract

Granulomatous mastitis commonly presents with breast pain and a palpable mass as the initial symptoms， which may progress to abscess formation and potentially rupture， leading to fistulas or sinus tracts. The disease course is prolonged and recurrent， with complex clinical manifestations that severely affect patients' physical and mental health. Currently， there is a lack of a unified diagnosis and treatment consensus integrating both Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Based on clinical needs and following evidence grading principles， the Breast Disease Group of the Surgical Committee of the Beijing Association of Chinese Medicine organized multiple rounds of expert discussions， ultimately forming this consensus. This consensus focuses on key aspects of the disease， including etiology， diagnosis， auxiliary examinations， Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment， and follow-up protocols， offering specific recommendations.
