摘要

乳头溢液是乳腺门诊常见症状，病理性溢液可能由导管内乳头状瘤、恶性肿瘤等引起，作为乳腺癌早期表现之一，乳头溢液的早诊早治具有重要意义。北京中医药学会外科专业委员会乳腺病学组基于临床需求及证据分级，经专家多轮讨论形成《中西医结合诊疗乳头溢液北京专家共识》，针对乳头溢液的病因诊断、辅助检查、中医辨证治疗及手术适应证等提出推荐意见。

Abstract

Nipple discharge is a common symptom in breast clinics. Pathological discharge may be caused by intraductal papilloma， malignant tumors， and other conditions. As one of the early manifestations of breast cancer， early diagnosis and treatment are of great significance. Currently， there is a lack of a unified consensus on diagnosis and treatment integrating Chinese and western medicine. Based on clinical needs and evidence grading， the Breast Disease Group of the Surgical Committee of the Beijing Association of Chinese Medicine has formed this consensus after multiple rounds of expert discussions， providing recommendations on etiology diagnosis， auxiliary examinations， TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment， and surgical indications.
