摘要

结直肠息肉是向肠腔突出的赘生物的总称，近年来发病率逐渐升高，具有一定的癌变风险。西医治疗结直肠息肉以息肉切除术为主，但应用范围较局限，术后易复发，中医药在治疗结直肠息肉方面具有独特的优势。《温病条辨》以三焦辨证为“经”、卫气营血辨证为“纬”，首创经纬辨证体系，其实质为分析疾病的深浅变化与脏腑气血阴阳变化，可指导结直肠息肉的辨治。从经纬辨证角度剖析结直肠息肉的病因病机，将结直肠息肉的发生发展概括为“结”生成之过程，通过补益脾胃、祛湿化痰、祛瘀化痰、辅以风药等方法达到“解结”的目的，为中医药防治结直肠息肉提供临床思路。

Abstract

Colorectal polyps are a general term for neoplasms protruding into the intestinal lumen. The incidence of colorectal polyps has gradually increased in recent years， and they carry a certain risk of malignant transformation. In Western medicine， treatment primarily involves polypectomy， but its application is limited and recurrence after surgery is common. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has unique advantages in treating colorectal polyps.

From the perspective of warp and woof differentiation， the pathogenesis of colorectal polyps is conceptualized as a process of "knot" formation. Treatments aim to "resolve the knot" through tonifying the spleen and stomach， eliminating dampness and phlegm， removing blood stasis， and using wind-dispelling medicines as adjuncts， providing clinical strategies for the prevention and treatment of colorectal polyps with TCM.
