摘要

甲型流感病毒并发坏死性脑病是儿科急危重症。中医学认为，其恢复期病机重点在于痰、瘀、虚，治疗上可应用中药及针刺治疗。中药治疗方面，应以化痰祛瘀、开窍醒神为主要原则，佐以祛风通络，益气养阴，疾病后期需注意兼清余邪；此外，需根据患儿体质的不同辨证用药施治。针刺治疗方面，针刺具有通经活络，调和阴阳，扶正祛邪的作用，对该病的具有良好效果。中医药的尽早干预可有效改善预后。

Abstract

Influenza A virus-associated necrotizing encephalopathy is a critical pediatric illness. In traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）， the key pathological mechanisms during the recovery period involve phlegm， blood stasis， and deficiency， which can be treated with Chinese medicine and acupuncture. In Chinese medicine therapy， the main principles are to resolve phlegm and remove blood stasis， and to open the orifices and awaken the mind， supplemented by dispelling wind and dredging the collaterals， as well as replenishing

and nourishing

. In the later stage of the disease， attention should be given to clearing residual pathogenic factors. In addition， treatment based on syndrome differentiation should be tailored according to the constitution of each child. Acupuncture can unblock the meridians and activate the collaterals， regulate

yang

， and strengthen the body while eliminating pathog

enic factors， demonstrating beneficial effects in this condition. Early intervention with TCM can effectively improve prognosis.
