摘要

<正>焦虑障碍是以广泛和持续性焦虑或反复发作的惊恐不安为主要特征,常伴有自主神经紊乱及运动性不安的病症。临床分为广泛性焦虑与惊恐障碍两种主要形式,广泛性焦虑症属于中医学的"惊悸""怔忡""不寐""健忘""百合病""卑惵""灯笼病"等范畴,惊恐发作则属于"奔豚气"等范畴。本标准是按照世界卫生组织（WHO）《卫生研究方法学》的要求和国际权威焦虑障碍诊断标准
