摘要

唐启盛教授在精神疾病的治疗上具有丰富的经验,擅长心身同调、肝肾同治,尤其在焦虑障碍、抑郁障碍的治疗上独具心得。唐教授治疗焦虑障碍由辨病入手,根据肝郁化火的核心病机,分肝郁化火证、肾虚肝旺证、肝胆湿热证对证治疗。唐教授认为,王清任《医林改错》中所记载"灯笼病"与焦虑障碍的瘀血内阻证临床特征十分符合,临床从疏肝清热、活血化瘀角度治疗,疗效显著。
