摘要

目的观察安神解虑针刺疗法对广泛性焦虑障碍的疗效。方法将120例焦虑症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组予丁螺环酮治疗,观察组以安神解虑针刺法配合电针进行治疗。比较2组治疗前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）及中医证候评定表评分。结果治疗6周后,2组的HAMA评分、中医证候评分均较治疗前减少,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论安神解虑针刺配合电针疗法治疗广泛性焦虑障碍疗效显著。
