摘要

目的探讨广泛性焦虑症患者的述情障碍与中医证候的相关性。方法纳入30例患者,匹配正常组34例,使用多伦多述情障碍量表（TAS Toronto Alexithymia Scale）及中医证候观察表分析患者述情障碍与中医证候间关系。结果广泛性焦虑症患者F1（难以识别自己的情感）因子分值高于正常组,而F2（难以描述自己的情感）因子分值低于正常组;患者中医血瘀证候因子与F1因子有较高的相关性。结论焦虑症患者存在一定程度的述情障碍;对于难于识别自身情感的焦虑症患者,临床上可尝试从活血化瘀论治。
