摘要

手足心热是常见的临床表现,可单独出现,也可伴随出现,此症状能够在一定程度上反映机体的状况,因此手足心热的辨证对于临床诊断及疗效判定有指导意义。但其病机多样,医者莫衷一是。从经络循行入手,结合脏腑功能,剖析手足心热常见的病因病机,发现手足心热虽为特色性症候但并非特异性症候,本症病机之关键在于水火间的阴阳平衡,故认为"手足心热当从火辨"。
