摘要

目的以近年来发表的关于中医药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床研究及病案报道为研究对象,通过数据挖掘探索中药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的用药规律。方法以中国知网为信息资源,通过一定的纳入及排除标准收集文献,对涉及中药标准化处理后录入数据库,采用频数分析和聚类分析来研究糖尿病胃轻瘫的中药用药规律。结果治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的核心中药前10味为白术、半夏、茯苓、甘草、陈皮、党参、枳壳、厚朴、黄连、黄芪,药类频数统计中最常用的药类为补气药,聚类分析得到聚类方10个,功效范围基本对应糖尿病胃轻瘫常见中医证型。结论中医中药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫以益气健脾,行气燥湿化痰为主,同时兼用清热、滋阴、消食、活血等药物。
