摘要

目的观察桂枝煎汤内服对关节镜下滑膜清理治疗幼年类风湿颞下颌关节炎患儿术后肿胀的改善情况。方法将34例接受双侧颞下颌关节关节镜手术幼年类风湿颞下颌关节炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各17例。治疗组患儿口服单味桂枝汤1周,观察2组患儿经双侧颞下颌关节位置的头围周径、主动最大张口上下中切牙距离和最大咬合力。结果治疗组术后3天及7天头围周径、主动最大张口程度和咬合力与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论桂枝煎汤内服可以有效改善幼年类风湿颞下颌关节炎患儿关节镜下滑膜清理术后水肿。
