摘要

<,正,>,脓毒症是由感染引起的全身炎症反应综合症。其病原微生物包括细菌、真菌、病毒及寄生虫等。2016年发布的脓毒症3.0版本的最新诊断标准为由感染引起的器官功能障碍,其中器官功能障碍用SOFA评分≥2分来判断,[1],。脓毒症的患病率为288/10万人/年,且呈逐年上升的趋势,全球每年大约有530万例患者死于脓毒症或重度脓毒症,[2],。
