周德安教授治疗小儿发育迟缓主张取穴以治神为主,其应用"针灸四神方"以醒脑开窍、健脑益智;以督脉十三针、任脉穴位以平衡阴阳,调节元神功能;取肾经、手足阳明经穴位以补益先天和后天。共同达到健脑益智、填精益髓的功效。
