摘要

分析糖尿病与瘀血的关系,认为瘀血是糖尿病发生的必然病理,是糖尿病并发症产生的关键环节,贯穿于糖尿病发病全过程且占重要地位;活血化瘀法是治疗糖尿病及其并发症的有效途径,并应贯穿治疗始终。选用活血化瘀药时,应根据疾病的寒热、虚实、轻重、深浅之不同辨证灵活运用。
