摘要

目的探讨疏筋整复手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为2组,治疗组采用疏筋整复手法,对照组采用颈椎牵引治疗,疗程均为2周。观察患者治疗前后眩晕程度评分、眩晕症状与功能评分的变化。结果治疗组临床疗效显著优于对照组（P<0.01）,治疗组眩晕程度评分、眩晕症状与功能评分均较对照组显著改善（P<0.01）。结论疏筋整复手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床疗效确切。
