摘要

目的观察活血化瘀涂膜治疗Ⅰ,Ⅲ,期压疮的临床疗效。方法将140例压疮患者分为试验组、药物对照组和常规护理组,均给予常规护理方法,试验组在常规护理基础上给予活血化瘀涂膜治疗,药物对照组在常规护理基础上给予康惠尔溃疡贴治疗。第3、5、7、14天统计各组治愈例数,21天后评价各组总体疗效并对治愈时间进行统计。结果与药物对照组和常规护理组比较,试验组在各观察时点治愈例数及治愈率均显著升高,3周后总体疗效较优,治愈时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义（P,<,0.05）。结论活血化瘀涂膜治疗Ⅰ,Ⅲ,期压疮临床疗效确切。
