摘要

目的观察不同给药剂量下桂枝加厚朴杏子汤治疗感染后咳嗽的临床效果。方法将90例患者随机分为低剂量组、正常剂量组和高剂量组各30例,3组分别给予1/2、1、1.5倍剂量的桂枝加厚朴杏子汤,均治疗2个疗程,观察3组咳嗽症状评分、莱彻斯特咳嗽量表（LCQ）评分、咳嗽症状临床控制时间。结果 1个疗程后、2个疗程后3组总有效率差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）,但正常剂量组及高剂量组临床控制例数均高于低剂量组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;2个疗程后低剂量组、正常剂量组、高剂量组达到临床控制例数分别为18例、24例、25例,低剂量组达到临床控制的时间明显长于正常剂量组及高剂量组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论桂枝加厚朴杏子汤治疗感染后咳嗽疗效确切,疗效在一定范围内呈剂量依赖性。
