摘要

柴嵩岩教授提出崩漏病机以"热""虚""瘀"为主,临证注重舌诊、脉诊,出血期予止血方、血止期予固冲调经方辨证治疗。血热妄行证治以清热凉血、固冲止血;阴虚内热证治以滋阴清热、固冲止血;脾肾两虚证治以温肾健脾、固冲止血;血瘀阻滞证治以活血祛瘀,止血调经。遣方性味平和、通涩并用、动静结合;按生理周期用药;按不同年龄段女子治疗目的立法用药不同。
