摘要

国医大师柴嵩岩临证用药强调因年龄而异。其主张"二七""肾生最先""肾足最迟",此期治法以复其阴阳平衡为要,勿过用温补之品以免耗伤阴血,勿过用寒凉之品以免克伐肾气;"三七""四七"治法强调阴血肾气之保护,选用无凝滞之品补而不滞,选用健脾之品助气血化生,选用补肺阴之品以启肾阴。慎用破血行血、辛温耗散以及苦寒、兴阳之品;"六七""七七""肾衰最早""肾最需护",补肾、泻心火、疏肝养肝诸法同施。
