摘要

目的观察踩跷法治疗寒湿型膝痹病的临床疗效。方法将160例膝痹病患者随机分为2组,各80例。观察组给予踩跷法治疗,对照组给予手法治疗,2组均治疗20次。对比2组治疗前后的临床疗效和症状评分,并进行疗效评价。结果观察组总有效率92.50%,对照组为91.25%,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。2组治疗后症状总评分、休息痛,运动痛、压痛、活动度、畏寒程度,行走距离评分均较治疗前显著降低（P<0.05）。观察组在行走距离,畏寒程度症状评分改善明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论踩跷法有效减轻寒湿型膝痹病的症状,临床疗效确切,本法值得推广应用。
