摘要

按照品管圈十大步骤,以头脑风暴的方法选出主题,围绕提高门诊中成药药学服务水平,分别开展了3圈主题活动。第1圈老年患者合理使用中成药的知晓率提高了28.8%,第2圈贴签患者等候时间降幅达31.65%,第3圈患者对中成药特殊用法知晓率提高了50.71%,圆满完成目标设定。运用品管圈手法,可有效提升药师的服务水平,提高员工向心力,培养管理人才,全面升级药房品质化管理水平。
