摘要

为贯彻北京医改精神,探索中药饮片临床用药管理新模式,根据国家中医药管理局、北京市中医管理局、北京市医院管理局等政策文件精神,结合我院中药饮片临床特色管理制定出了中药饮片临床用药管理制度、处方点评三级干预法、患者床旁用药指导常规、医药联合门诊、送药到家便民快递服务、固定患者一对一服务、新媒体医药实时沟通机制、中药饮片用药风险专家共识等一系列新模式新方法。这些新模式紧密联系临床,促使药师的服务转型,适应了医改的需要,改善了患者就医感受。
