摘要

2型糖尿病中医临床路径的构建方法,必须辨病与辨证结合,以病为纲,以证为目;确定治则治法,明确治疗方向;发挥中医特色疗法、中医护理优势。制定准备阶段,需成立临床路径组织机构,对路径进行可行性分析,制定相关管理文件并确定相关人员的职责;确定完成临床路径标准诊疗流程所需时间;设计临床路径文本;医师版临床路径表单、患者版临床路径告知单、临床路径变异记录单。定期召开研讨会,对相关人员进行宣传、培训。路径的核心内容主要包括诊疗工作、重点医嘱（长期医嘱和临时医嘱）、主要护理工作、病情变异记录和出院后患者的自我管理5个方面。路径需要各部门发挥职能作用,同时也需要患者及其家属的密切配合,也需要药师、营养师、检验科人员、行政管理人员的合作。
