摘要

介绍病案、病案质量、病案质量监控的概念,归纳2型糖尿病中医临床路径病案质量监控人员职责与质控要点、病案内容特点、病案质量评价标准及评价方法。对病历的书写要有相应的质量控制体系,应对临床医师进行临床路径病历书写培训,以达到病历书写规范、详细、认真的目的,控制病历质量,也是对临床路径质量控制效果的有效反馈。
