风咳中医学认为发病因素与风邪有关,病机主要是风邪犯肺,肺失宣降,气道挛急;西医认为与各种因素造成的气道高反应性有关。中医治疗以疏风宣肺、利咽止咳为主,西医主要对症治疗,但效果欠佳。李国勤教授善用自拟疏风止咳汤治疗风咳,临床效果显著。
