摘要

产后风湿指育龄期女性在产后这一特殊时期出现一系列风湿病症状的疾病,阳气不足为产后风湿发病基础,风、寒、湿侵袭为病机关键,而情志因素可加重本病的病情,瘀血贯穿于病程始终。结合纤维肌痛2010年新分类标准,提出产后风湿可能归属于女性纤维肌痛的一种特殊形式,即发生于产后,且诱因与生产密切相关,为本病在现代医学中的疾病属性研究提供了方向。
