摘要

目的探讨强直性脊柱炎（AS）入院患者寒热证候分布特点及其与脊柱结构损伤和疾病活动度的关系。方法采用回顾性研究,对2015年12月1日—2017年11月30日首都医科大学附属北京中医医院风湿科AS住院患者共计277例进行寒热证候分析,比较2组患者的脊柱结构损伤（m SASSS）评分及AS疾病活动度（ASDAS）评分。结果 AS入院患者寒证组36例（12.99%）,热证组241例（87.01%）,寒证组m SASSS评分较热证组高（P<0.05）,热证组ASDAS评分较寒证组高（P<0.05）。结论 AS入院患者热证多于寒证。热证组患者多与炎症活动有关,寒证组患者脊柱结构损伤程度较热证组重。
