摘要

目的探讨神经根型颈椎病内服中药的用药规律。方法检索近十年文献中中药内服治疗神经根型颈椎病的文献,按照统一的纳入标准、排除标准,合并和删除重复文献,分析神经根型颈椎病的中药内服用药规律。结果从498篇有效文献中总结出使用频率最多的前10味中药依次是:葛根、川牛膝、川芎、黄芪、甘草、当归、白芍、怀牛膝、桂枝、羌活;使用频率最高的前10个药对依次是:葛根配桂枝,黄芪配川芎,当归配黄芪,川芎配当归,桂枝配白芍,白芍配甘草,桂枝配桑枝,桂枝配羌活,赤芍配红花,黄芪配防风。结论近十年文献中治疗神经根型颈椎病内服中药功效主要以解肌生津、活血化瘀、补肝肾强筋骨、益气养血、温经通脉、祛风散寒为主。药对主要以补益肝肾、强筋壮骨、益气活血和散寒除湿为主。
