摘要

目的观察自拟咳嗽方对感染后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法将98例感染后咳嗽患者随机分为观察组50例和对照组48例。观察组给予自拟咳嗽方治疗,对照组给予复方甲氧那明胶囊和多索茶碱治疗。2组均连续治疗1周后评价疗效。结果观察组总有效率为96.0%,对照组为83.3%,2组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论自拟咳嗽方治疗感染后咳嗽疗效优于西药治疗。
