摘要

目的观察足三里穴揿针治疗在减轻患者胃镜检查中恶心、呕吐症状的效果。方法将100例行胃镜检查的患者按就诊顺序分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组在接受胃镜检查过程中,于右侧足三里穴行揿针治疗;对照组在接受胃镜检查时不作穴位按揉。结果在接受胃镜检查过程中,观察组恶心、呕吐症状较对照组明显减轻,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论足三里穴揿针治疗,可以有效减轻接受胃镜检查时患者的恶心、呕吐、呃逆等症状。
