摘要

目的通过对不同居群山药的采样调查,了解山药的资源现状,并对不同品种的山药进行形态鉴定。方法市场考察和野外调查相结合,对全国16个省份44个居群进行调查,了解山药的市场流通特征、资源分布以及形态差异。结果山药的分布具有明显的地域性并形成了众多的地方特色品种,以铁棍山药流通最广;根据茎翅（棱）的有无可将山药初步划分为薯蓣、参薯两个种,根据叶片形状、根的形态以及根的横切面颜色等可将众多山药品种进一步划分为14个分组。结论山药品种多、分布广泛,野生资源仅在南方部分地区遭受一定程度的破坏,栽培山药品质较高,野生资源并未引起广泛的关注;不同山药品种之间茎、叶、根的形态差异较大,可因此进行简单的鉴定区分。
