摘要

近年来乳腺病在我国呈高发多发态势,国医大师郭诚杰从事中医药乳腺病临床诊疗工作近70余载,对乳腺病的治疗有丰富的临床经验,为了更好传承其学术思想与临床经验,通过整理其自2012年1月—2016年12月在陕西中医大学附属医院名医馆诊疗的病例,筛选出其运用围刺组方辨证加减治疗乳腺纤维瘤的临床病例近100余份,将对100余份病例进行梳理与研究,总结出他对乳腺纤维瘤的认识、他的针灸治疗乳腺纤维瘤的特点,并对其诊疗乳腺纤维瘤的临床经验简要概述。
