摘要

历代医家认为支气管哮喘分为外感、痰气等病因,虚实、寒热等病性,以及肺肾、脾胃等病位方面。黄飞剑主任医师根据仝小林教授的"脏腑风湿"理论,明确提出哮喘是支气管的风湿病,并在"脏腑风湿"理论指导下,应用独活寄生汤、二陈汤、平胃散、阳和汤及其自创气血双调汤、化气汤、健脾渗湿汤、镇咳定喘汤、开心汤治疗哮喘。从"脏腑风湿"角度阐述支气管哮喘的病因病机,总结黄飞剑主任医师的临证经验,为支气管哮喘的中医治疗开阔思路。
