摘要

基于既往文献和"燕京韦氏眼科流派"典籍对目痛辨证论治的的初步归纳,认为目痛病因可因"不通"或"不荣"所致,也可因机体"失常"而致气血阴阳失调引起疼痛;辨证可从阴阳、虚实、气血、脏腑等入手,结合循经部位、是否兼夹头风等分型论治,采用中药和针灸相结合的办法进行治疗。对于病因不明或者治疗后症状缓解不明显的目痛,可有效缓解患者的疼痛症状。
