摘要

目的探究柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗肝郁型失眠的临床效果。方法选取肝郁型失眠患者78例,分为观察组与对照组,各39例,观察组给予柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗,对照组应用西药地西泮片或艾司唑仑片治疗,比较2组治疗前后症候评分及疗效。结果治疗后观察组得分低于对照组,2组患者"多梦易醒"和"睡后精力不佳"证候积分差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组总有效率94.87%,对照组为92.31%,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。观察组不良反应发生少于对照组,2组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗肝郁型失眠疗效与地西泮或艾司唑仑相当,不良反应发生明显低于服用地西泮片或艾司唑仑片者。
