摘要

<正>近年来,中药及天然药物引起肝损伤的报道不断增多,中药致肝损伤的风险日益引起国内外的关注。调查数据显示,91%的香港居民认为中药是安全的;亚洲国家的医疗专业人士中也有较大比例认为中药是无毒的,临床诊断时往往不会首先考虑中药的安全性,或因未问及中药的用药史,而延误了药物性肝损伤的诊断与治疗[1]。因此需要医生和药师共同查找致病原因,制定个体化药物治疗方案,促进临床用药合理,同时对患者及公众进行安全用
