摘要

目的观察中药联合针灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征（IBS-D）的临床疗效。方法 150例IBS-D患者随机分为针药联合组、单纯中药组和匹维溴铵组各50例,分别给予针刺治疗+调肝理脾方、调肝理脾方和匹维溴铵治疗。疗程均为4周,疗程结束后随访3个月,观察临床疗效。结果治疗2、4周后,治疗结束后第1、3个月随访时,3组总症状积分改善均明显优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗4周后,针药联合组总有效率93.9%,单纯中药组为85.7%,匹维溴铵组为73.9%,针药联合组优于其他2组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;在改善腹痛腹胀、排便次数、大便性状等主要症状方面,针药联合组优于其他2组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;在减少每天排便次数及改善排便急迫感方面,针药联合组明显优于其他2组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论采用针灸配合调肝理脾方治疗IBS-D具有较好的临床疗效。
