摘要

目的分析国内外及中医药领域功能性胃肠病（FGID）生存量表研究现状。方法全面检索近10年国内外5个数据库的FGID生存量表研究,运用Excel表,重点统计分析中医药领域研究现状。结果共纳入392篇国内外文献,集中在9个具体病种和2个疾病整体研究,采用11种生存量表;其中国内文献353篇,集中在6个病种和2个整体研究,采用11种生存量表;国内文献中中医药领域文献130篇,集中在5个病种和2个整体研究,采用7种生存量表。近10年间国内FGID生存量表研制及应用频数增加了1倍,中医药领域增加了2倍,中医药领域该量表研制及应用上升趋势与国内整体趋势基本一致,但整体比例较国内整体水平偏低。结论随着FGID发病率逐年增高,生存量表的临床应用呈逐年上升趋势,但在应用中仍存在诸多不足,应加强研究,完善中医特色FGID生存量表体系。
