摘要

目的研究不同中医证型反流性食管炎患者食管黏膜Cyclin D1、CDK4、PCNA、p16的表达。方法对210例反流性食管炎患者进行中医分型,分为肝胃郁热组82例、脾胃虚弱组68例、气郁痰阻组60例。另设50例内镜检查正常的健康志愿者作为正常组。均行胃镜检查及食管黏膜病理活检,对患者的内镜分级及食管黏膜病理学改变进行评估;采用免疫组化法测定食管黏膜组织CDK4、Cyclin D1、p16、PCNA的表达。结果不同中医证型反流性食管炎患者的食管黏膜内镜及病理积分存在着明显差异,而且肝胃郁热证>脾胃虚弱证>气郁痰阻证。肝胃郁热组食管黏膜Cyclin D1、CDK4的表达最高,气郁痰阻组食管黏膜p16的表达最高。结论不同中医证型反流性食管炎患者的食管黏膜内镜及病理积分存在明显差异,Cyclin D1、CDK4、PCNA、p16的表达也有明显差异。
