摘要

"和"法是祖国医学的重要治法之一,《黄帝内经》提出阴阳调和;《伤寒论》提出以和为度;《伤寒明理论》首次提出"和"法;《医学心悟》将"和"法列为"八法"之一。"和"法分为和解法、调和法。和解法包括和解少阳、和解三焦;调和法包括调和脏腑、调和营卫、调和气血、平调寒热。脾胃系统疾病临床发病率较高,病机复杂,往往脏腑同病、升降失调、寒热错杂、虚实夹杂,基于脾胃的独特生理病理特点,"和"法能广泛应用于脾胃系统疾病的诊疗,具有重要的临床意义。
